1. Title. 95,166 Fourth Lord after dispute as to heritage. His uncle Patrick was third Lord but the dispute was on the basis of half blood (multiple wives). Those in dispute were Andrew Stratoun and John, seventh Lord Glamis whose father died 8 Apr 1528. Andrew was the son and heir of Isobel. John was the grandson of Elizabeth, sister of Patrick.
A plea was made on 16 Apr 1524 by the last lord in favour of his half brother (of Buttergask)'s son to succeed him.
